Non-stocked Special Order items are not returnable.
Returns
To Return new, unused, or defective merchandise within 30 days you must visit the location of the original order or call between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. CST Monday-Friday, or Email us to get a return approval number and shipping instructions.
All returns must be in new condition (excluding warranty returns). All returns other than warranty and shipping errors will have a 15% restocking fee applied.
